A full day excursion visiting not only of the Adriatic Sea but also one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful parts. Boka Bay houses Europe’s southernmost fjords where mountains, small historic towns and the sea create spectacular views.
Our tour includes a visit to the town of Kotor, an impressive walled city in it very well-preserved condition. Kotor proudly finds a place in the UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Kotor enjoys Venetian architectural style.
Furthermore, we visit the Baroque village of Perast where we see Maritime Museum and St Nikola Church. Off the shores of Perast we sail to the artificial islet of Our Lady of the Rocks with the Catholic church bearing the same name with its significant blue dome. Next to the this, is a natural islet with an Orthodox Monastery on it.
Drive to Budva in the afternoon. Having been inhabited for nearly 2500 years, Budva today is the centre of the Montenegrin tourism, thanks to its beautiful coastline, vibrant nightlife and from the modest to the most luxurious accommodation facilities.
Old town Budva is a walled city situated on the Adriatic coast. Once a small island connected to the mainland by a narrow walkway made up of sand, in time it turned into a peninsula.
We also drive to Sveti Stefan, an old fishing village which has been converted to be a luxurious resort. The picturesque islnd offers a great photo opportunity.
Return to Kotor at the end of the tour.
